Service Description

Flying Low is a dance technique innovated by David Zambrano, a dance creator, and educator, and Yang has been practicing it since 2014. Flying Low focuses on the relationship between the dancer and the floor, it is an improvising dancing skill that utilizes the energy of the whole body to create dance movements. In this workshop, participant will learn how to flying in and out of the floor beautifully and gracefully, and more importantly participant will understand better the space where you are and your physical intentions with other people around. Gathering and sending is the fundamental philosophy to initiate any movement we practice, participant will be alive with possibilities with this simple technique. 楊浩自2014年起積極練習及鑽研由舞蹈創作者David Zambrano 研發的Flying Low 跳舞技巧,著重於舞者與地板的互動及關係,並透過利用全身的力量去建立即興的舞步。課程中,Yang 會教授Flying Low的技巧,令學員理解如何用身體重量及動量連接地板,就像低飛在地面上,自由自在的活動及飛翔。學員透過練習Flying Low,可以提升身體靈活性及感知能力,更能探索周邊環境,將自己融入其中。 About Yang Hao: https://www.hkac-artfactory.com/yang-hao
