Yang Hao is a contemporary dancer who was born in Chongqing, China, and currently developing his career in Hong Kong. He is dedicated to explore diverse techniques in contemporary dance. Yang studied in the Chinese Song and Dance Troupe Arts School, Beijing and has been a member of China National Opera and Dance Drama Theatre, Guangzhou Song and Dance Troupe and Guangzhou Modern Dance Company. Yang has participated in various performances in America, Canada, Poland, etc. during that period. Later, he studied in the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts between 2007 to 2009. In 2009, Yang joined City Contemporary Dance Company; he has been teaching at Ivy Chung Ballet School in 2012. He has choreographed numbers of performances, such as Autorun(2010), Cube(2013), Nothing…but something (2014).
